This study is researching an experimental drug called odronextamab, referred to as study drug, when used in combination with chemotherapy. The study is focused on patients with Diffuse Large B-cell Lymphoma (DLBCL) that have not been treated before (called "previously untreated"). Patients with DLBCL that have come back after treatment (called "relapsed"), or have not responded to treatment (called "refractory"), can also participate in this study. This study will be made up of Part 1A, Part 1B, and Part 2.The aim of Part 1A and Part 1B of the study is to see how safe and tolerable the study drug in combination with chemotherapy is and to determine the dose and schedule of the study drug to be combined with chemotherapy in Part 2 of the study. The aim of Part 2 of the study is to see how effective the combination of the study drug with chemotherapy is in comparison with the combination of rituximab (the comparator drug), and chemotherapy, the current standard of care treatment approved for DLBCL. Standard of care means the usual medication expected and used when receiving treatment for a condition. The study is looking at several other research questions, including: - What side effects may happen from taking the study drug when combined with chemotherapy - How much study drug is in the blood at different times - Whether the body makes antibodies against the study drug (which could make the study drug less effective or could lead to side effects) - The impact from the study drug on quality of life and ability to complete routine daily activities

In the proposed intervention, nurses will use easy-to-understand language to coach patients and their care partners to help them work together and build skills to overcome their individual barriers to adherence in order to 1) improve and sustain patient medication adherence; 2) reduce hospitalization; 3) improve quality of life. If effective, this intervention will support long-term medication adherence, thus reducing hospitalizations related to heart failure and quality of life.

The Periviable GOALS (Getting Optimal Alignment around Life Support) decision support tool (DST) is meant to facilitate informed shared decision-making regarding neonatal resuscitation for families facing the threat of a periviable delivery (deliveries occurring between 22 0/7 - 25 6/7 weeks gestational age). It is designed for parents to review independent of their clinician, and is intended to supplement, not replace, clinician counseling. The focus of the DST is the provision of patient-centered outcomes information and assistance with values clarification regarding neonatal outcomes. This is a multisite, randomized controlled trial to test the effect of the Periviable GOALS DST on shared decision making and decision satisfaction. Participants will complete 6 weekly, in-person sessions with their 3-5 year old child that last about one hour. To evaluate this program, we will ask participants to complete: surveys before and after the 6-week program; a brief evaluation survey after each session, and a group interview that lasts about one hour after the final session. By doing this study, we hope to learn about the strategies that support and encourage families to be active together.

The purpose of this randomized study is to determine the safety and efficacy of quaratusugene ozeplasmid (Reqorsa) added to osimertinib in NSCLC patients with activating EGFR mutations who have progressed while on treatment with osimertinib. Quaratusugene ozeplasmid consists of non-viral lipid nanoparticles that encapsulate a DNA plasmid with the TUSC2 tumor suppressor gene and is the first systemic gene therapy for cancer. The study is comprised of a Phase 1 dose escalation portion and two Phase 2 portions evaluating safety and efficacy. Enrollment in the Phase 1 dose escalation portion is complete and the recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D) was determined. Phase 2a has initiated and enrolled patients are treated with quaratusugene ozeplasmid at the RP2D in combination with osimertinib. In Phase 2b, patients will be randomized to receive either quaratusugene ozeplasmid plus osimertinib or platinum-based chemotherapy.

This study wants to see if the medicine colchicine can help lower inflammation and reduce the chance of developing an irregular heartbeat (atrial fibrillation) after heart bypass surgery. Adults having coronary artery bypass surgery (CABG) can join. Participants will be randomly placed into one of two groups: one group will receive colchicine along with usual care, and the other will receive a placebo (a look-alike capsule with no medicine) along with usual care. Everyone will take a study capsule, and neither the patients nor the study team will know which capsule is being given. Everyone in the study will take study capsule, and neither the patients nor the study team will know who is receiving colchicine or placebo. Blood samples and health information will be collected before surgery; at 24, 48, 72, and 96 hours after surgery; and again at 10 days after surgery or at hospital discharge, whichever comes first. The investigators will look at inflammation marker levels, whether atrial fibrillation happens, and any side effects. This small study will help to generate effect size estimates and safety data that will help plan a larger study in the future.
